Actually, there is a video, at last. Someone managed to get a decent enough video of BoRhap from last Sunday, and it's me doing the solo on stage:

It seems that some metal shredder in the comments didn't like my solo. All I can say is... note for note perfection is not all that it takes to be a professional. In fact, if it was a contest of who was the best reader or technical player, I wouldn't have even gotten in the door. To me, rock and roll is about the emotion and expressiveness of the performance. And - studio and live are two completely different things. Hope you like!

That's a kickass video, Bob. And you happened to bring down the house with that solo when I saw the show last month.

P.S.: How's it feel being a YouTube star? ;)
Awesome website, I can't wait for the next update!

Most YouTube stars are the guys who practice in their basement for 8 hours a day and finally want to show off their stuff that 4 people will actually care about! I hope I never become a YouTube star. For now, I'm happy enough playing covers in a theatre... :)

A friend of mine originally sent me the link, but if you search for "We Will Rock You Toronto", you'll find it.

Btw... over 1000 hits on my site in less than a week - amazing! Thanks everyone for your interest!

Wow what an impressive work !!!
You do exactly what I was going to think about doing... But that is one thing I won't have to do !! I'm sure we can trust you, the information is reliable, so perfect !!!!
For the moment I wanted to get completed my collection of bootlegs an pirates and other things like that, on LPs and on CDs, and I so needed a website like yours !!!! I'm dying to see the other years, but until 1975 there is a huge work that has been done !!!!
Will we one day find on the web a similar website permitting us to HEAR the gigs as well ???? That would be an over-the-top website... We can't stop just dreaming about that !!!
Well, your work is great, the artwork section is that precious to us all, and your comments are that great to buy the good stuff and let the crappy stuff aside....
You're the champion of the bootleg world, man !!! Congratulations !!!!!
Hey, you, queenies, if you hadn't time yet to see this website, what are you waiting for ? And say a big thank you to Bob....

Many many many thanks !!!!
Olivier,
France
wanna trade ?
Wow, thanks so much for the kind words, Olivier. :)

I have had in my hand a book from aus that i found in a swopmeet that i didnt buy in which it had that pic.. Im not sure if theres any worth to it, but just on the grounds of it being a rare pic, what would you say?[/QUOTE]

Sorry, I missed this before!

I don't think it's too rare. I had a smaller version of that pic for years, but only recently did I get one in higher resolution.

Nice website, Bob. :)

A question: Do you have the link to the website of the one who taped the Chicago 1978/1980 show? I remember you posted it once. I lost the link, you see. Thanks in advance!

Bob, I've been waiting for your new site for ages, but I can't see it!

I get an error loading the page (both Opera and I. Explorer). It says "address not ready" or something like that, like if there's no connection.

Any suggestion?

All I did to find him was Google the recording equipment: "Technics RS-646DS" or "Technics RS-686DS".
