I LOVE Body Language! And I LOVE Fun It and More of That Jazz! But I really don't like Dragon Attack, All Dead, All Dead, Jesus, and some other stuff I can't think of right now.

What are you guys talking about? Every song that Queen ever produced is the epitome of recorded music.

I love all of those except for Body Language. It's ok, but I don't like it that much.

What do you mean if it wasn't released as the first single? It wasn't. Under Pressure was the first single and didn't do as well as Body Language.

Maybe in Germany, but here in the USA, if it wasn't popular amumg the public, why would it reach #11?

Body Language was the first single in the US and Canada. Under Pressure was released when it was on Greatest Hits, so that doesn't count as a HS release.

Maybe I'm talking out of my ass, but how can anyone name a Queen song as their worst? Of course you're going to find Queen songs that "you" don't enjoy personally, but to call them out because you don't like them? That's a load of crap.

Also, don't forget that not all Queen songs were put out as singles, therefore the songs that weren't hand selected to shine can't be judged. If you don't like those, then that is your opinion. There is no sense in saying "that is the worst Queen song ever," because you don't have that right.

dragon attack is probably my favorite instrumental song by them. but as for lyrics? they could be a little better, but the song is so dominant with instruments that lyrics almost dont fit...


and you dont fool me? i love that song. i think the fact that it sounded rushed (obviously with freddies condition) to be created there wasnt a huge amount of thought in lyrics. there was the instrumental, and a tune for lyrics, but he probably didnt have an easy time coming up with something fitting. theres a few queen songs like that. im even having trouble with my own stuff as i speak for that matter. i have instrumental parts wrtten out in my head but i have a hard time applying lyrics to them, and ultimatly will probably sound crappy at first but theres always time to improve.



so since people probably didnt read what i just said, in a nutshell: somethings are forced to sound 'complete' when ultamitly, theres some elements that are fine if left alone or some need more time to fit.

Are you sure? I think billboard has it listed as a '81 single.

Canada did have a '82 release but I think USA had an '81 release...

I don't believe You Don't Fool Me was composed in the 90s. I recall it being written during the Hot space sessions.

I'll give you all of those except "Put Out the Fire." I love that song--great vocals by Brian, great rock 'n roll feel (on an album that sadly lacked it), and just pure energy on the track.

I'm not a fan of Hot Space, but in general, Side A is more painful than Side B. Two of Queen's best songs came off of the album, in my opinion: "Las Palabras de Amor" and "Under Pressure."

"Body Language"...eh, not Queen's worst, but pretty close to it. I can only think of two or three songs off the top of my head that I skip over more often.
