This is exactly the info from Queenconcerts.com that I used to determine the ad's date. I was really surprised Queen only performed in Lakeland twice.
I did find the other interview tapes. As for the Midnight Special tape, it's not a live performance by Queen. Four or five videos were shown, some edited, and a brief history of the group was given by the great Wolfman Jack. I'll upload Wolfman Jack's narration tomorrow if anyone's interested (again, this is audio only, recorded from the TV's speaker).
Another tape is labeled "Off the Record Part 1" from 15 Nov 1981, recorded from 95FM. The second tape just says "Freddie Mercury Interview Tape 2", but I suspect it's the following week's "Off the Record".
The last tape is a compilation tape made by someone named Yvonne, who included a nice track list. Side 1 is rare songs (or songs that were rare 20 years ago): Man From Manhattan, I Wanna Testify, Turn on the TV, See What A Fool I've Been, and both Larry Lurex and Smile tracks.
Side 2 is the interviews:
-German interview with Queen 1979
-Dutch interview with Brian after "Crazy Tour" 1979
-Merry Christmas wishes
-Interview with Roger after "Future Management" 1980
-Music Life wishes 1981
It ends with a very poor audience recording of 5 songs from "9-12-80 Wembley" (Imagine/Battle Theme/Flash/The Hero/Brighton Rock).
This stuff is rather common now, as I was able to track down the German interview and Roger's interview on YouTube. The other three interviews are probably there as well.
I'll try to listen to the FM interview tomorrow.

I have two Off the Record interviews dated Nov 29, 1981. I suspect they may be the same as yours. Could you give a brief description of what they talk about.
Also, the Dutch 1979 Brian interview sounds new to me, though it may be that I have it listed as something else. Any further info is greatly appreciated.

This is a very short interview of Brian in what sounds like a night club. Don't know if it was originally a TV interview or not. Can't find it on youtube.
He's first asked about the "quite a different record (Crazy Little Thing Called Love) than the other Queen records. Why is that?"
Then asked if the rest of the album will sound like that? "We have 6 or 7 tracks in the can... they all sound quite different... next single will be a little bit back to the original Queen style... called "Save Me"... going back into the studio in February... album out in early summer, hopefully"
Flash Gordon "under discussion at the moment... we hope to do it, I think it will be exciting"
One more question, when will Queen perform in Holland again? "It's hard to know, buy we're talking about putting another European tour together..."
