Ok, am I the only one, for exception of about two people who actually like Journey? lol Same thing with Bon Jovi and Foreigner. I feel like I'm the only one, but maybe it's just me. I don't know. Any Journey fans here? Bon Jovi? Foreigner? lol

Journey, Foreigner, and Bon Jovi are guilty pleasures of mine. But since we're on the topic, I couldn't help but posting this:

Love Journey!! LOVE THEM! Foreigner is great too and Bon Jovi is a fav of mine as well. I'm a child of the late 70s and 80s. I saw Def Leppard and Journey last summer in Cincinnati with JSS fronting, it was an excellent show!

This summer Def Leppard came to Cincinnati with Styx and Foreigner but I was not able to go but I heard the show was awesome. I'm pissed I missed it.
Wo ist das kamerahhhhhhhhhhh!!! NJ!!!
I heard about that ^ tour. They're coming here Sept. 14th and I really really want to see them.

Anyways, you are not alone. I love all three of them.

No, I mean Jeff Scott Soto. A year ago Jeff stepped in when Steve Augeri, who replaced Steve Perry almost 10 years ago, had throat problems. In December of 2006 Journey announced that Jeff was their new lead singer. About a month ago, the band abruptly announced that they were going in a "different direction" and that Jeff was no longer their lead singer. Certain members of Journey as well as the band's management handled the situation very unprofessionally.

I've seen Journey four times in the past few years--with Steve Augeri and with Jeff Scott Soto. They were both good, but Steve had to stop performing. Jeff brought a whole new energy to the gigs.

So, no. I meant Jeff, who replaced Steve Augeri in 2006, who replaced Steve Perry in 1998.

I think Journey had some great tunes, but it's nothing that got me excited. I guess Journey just isn't my cup of tea. Neither is Foreigner actually.

Sorry folks!

However, I do like Bon Jovi.

Journey and Foreigner had great hit singles, but in all honesty there's not much to look past the radio hits.

All you need to own the greatest hits album, and that's just as good as they get.

I'm also a HUGE fan of Journey and Foreigner. Steve Perry's voice was... and probably still is out of this world.
