Seriously, they've got it easy... haven't you noticed the pattern?
TREASURE MOMENT: I haven't heard (insert band here). I will listen to them.
(comes back later)
They're okay, but too basic and predictable compared to our amazing songs.
.. OR ..
They're all about the technique, they have no emotion in their songs.
Ad-fucking-nauseum. It's the easiest job in the world; all he has to do is sit there and write 'I am the best'. By our own logic, we can't really prove him wrong... if it is indeed about 'taste' :)
I'll just go on record here as saying I really don't like Treasure Moment. Fuck Treasure Moment right in the ear.
It's not your music which turns me off though. It's your freaking attitude. If you'd been nice to people when you came here and didn't wave around an ego fifty times bigger than your music, they might've given it a better reception.
SHIT I mean I came on here with my music the other day, knowing full well the performances were rough as all fuck... but people were nice about it because I wasn't a total DICK.[/QUOTE]
you guys started it

Nope.
Nope.
Well I've had a listen.
It's not really my cup of tea but it sounds well produced. I'm not really a fan of synth produced music as most tends to utilise a lot of preprogrammed voices and midi tracks.
To be honest, ten minutes fiddling with the midis on a synth and pretty much anyone could do it.
I note from your myspace that you have a drummer. Did you utilise him for the drums or did you just incoporate the drum track from the synth.
I did on the otherhand like Warriors.

you mean you could write all those melodies?
well, i am both the drummer and guitar player now since we dont have a drummer i have to play drums live instead of guitar for now, no we didnt use real drums on the recording, we dont have the opportunity to record real drums for now.

Ten minutes was being a little harsh. People are naturally suspicious of synth produced music due to the pre-programmes and midis they possess. I could quite easily get a decent song out of a synth within ten minutes or so and most people wouldn't know that what I'd done was that much different to what you've done.
For all I know you're an excellent keyboard player who just likes that sort of sound and have in effect reproduced manually what the synth could have done automatically.
Thats the problem with modern techno, there's not much originality in it and its tough on those that are not just using preprogrammes and midis and adding basic melodies over the top.
I lived through the 80's and a lot of music from that era was produced by one fingered keyboard players.
