Does anyone know how you burn these files to a DVD?  I have Part one downloaded from Rapidshare.

You'll need to finish the download before burning.  Any standard burning program will do, like Nero.

You don't have to extract all 64 parts.  Earls Part 1 is zip files 1-33.  I simple extracted it and burnt it using imgburn.  The quality of this show was amazing, was it sourced from the Miracle Express VHS?

It doesn't seem so, as the lineage says it's from a second gen VHS.  But I do recall that was a video expert's deduction of the footage.

Is there somewhere available the source used for this remaster? I'd be willing to work on Earls Court a bit but I hate to work on already touched up videos.
