This is a pre-LP copy in superb quality, which renders all LP versions to be
obsolete, as well as all of the old silvers, because they are sourced from the
many LPs (namely Sheetkeeckers, the very first Queen bootleg, which came out in
early 1975). I filled in a few brief gaps with an LP source. This version was
bootlegged as "Majestic Rock" by Wardour.
This soundboard recording (multi-track, to be precise) clearly contains numerous
vocal overdubs, most notably a bit over 3 minutes into Liar when you can clearly
hear a line sung by Freddie (the "time after time" line), and the next line begins
before the previous one has ended. Keeping the overdubs in mind, along with the
fact that it's mixed perfectly, the between-song segments are edited, and that
it's 37 minutes long, I'd like to suggest the possibility that this may have
once been considered to be a live album by the band and ultimately shelved.
For years, it has been said that the power went out during Liar, but people
concluded that it couldn't have been this show since the song continued without
interruption on the recording. But if you consider all the overdubs and edits
already present on the recording we have, why can't there be yet another one?
It didn't came with ffp.

Here we have the March show from the Rainbow Theatre in London, 1974.
This is the Rare pre LP version, I recently aquired it in a trade
(thanks again!) and decided to share it around. This is a fantastic
upgrade to the LP source, the most complete version and the quality is
EX! Enjoy...

"This tape originally came from a cassette tape that an American
collector acquired in 1980. It seems it is exactly the tape that was
used for all of the LPs. I was the first one to get it, and was
thrilled at how good the quality was!
Someone filled in a few small gaps with an LP source, but I smoothed
out the edits... and that exact version was bootlegged as "Majestic
Rock" by Wardour. So, *someone* we know sent it to them, because it
wasn't shared anywhere online that I know of.
But I'm glad you shared it... this is one of the best documents of
Queen "live", and I say that in quotations since there are plenty of
vocal overdubs on it."

the ffp maybe are not the same cause maybe someone made FLAC > CD > FLAC ?
I'm not such a purist...so if it's the same, just different FLACs, I think I'm OK with what I have already.

I can try to answer it.
I have received the compilation in a trade as audio cds, and ripped them to WAV and encoded to FLAC level 8. That's what I've uploaded, I have no idea what Mr. Mean Ketchup uploaded, but it's definitely not the same thing as I did
