I looked up "TOP" in abbreviations.com, and there were about 50 different meanings. Does it mean "Top One percent"?
Please let me know what it means.

It looks pretty lossless to me
Yes, it is lossles, Mike.
You can check the wav with Exact Audio Copy which is a free programme. Create a wav file with FlacFrontend or another converter first.
Open EAV, go to tools and choose "process wav"
Select the wav file and wait for it to load. A new window opens
In the new window choose "frequency analysis" You get the graphic I attached. When a file is mp3 sourced, the curve will drop abruptly at 16000 Hz which is not the case in this file.

Here is an example for a wav file that was created from an mp3.
it would be a nice move from you if you could share it lossless!
Hello. Can you re-upload the file ? the link is dead. Thank you
From the Cologne 79 thread

We can assume that Bob and some of his friends denounced this share at megaupload. I am really waiting to see if they have the guts to post here and admit it.

YV?
Is it really you?
I think, Bob and "his friends" clearly see the difference between this upload and the Cologne incident. This time it wasn't an assault, but an rather intelligent action to evaluate the situation. Wasn't it?
No need to write something malicious.

I think no one would do that. Can't believe someone thinking this way.....
If it was a single action I won't say another word - although Mike deleted his post himself in the Cologne thread and it was unnecessary to notify the file sharer about "copyright infringement".
It's now the second time his upload was deleted due to violation of use, so it's not far fetched to assume he was denounced again. I wish it's not true. As yet the QZ community always was still a community, no matter how bitter the arguments were. I hope it stays that way.

I think Sir GH was just kidding....
I added two new download links for CD1 and CD2 on my initial mp3 post.
I want to play a computer game tonight that requires all my computer memory, and I do not want to undertake the effort of uploading a series of large flac files, and find out later that these links have been deleted.
Perhaps, it will be safe (no fear of links deletion) to upload this Chicago concert in flac sometime soon.

YourValentine,
Thanks a lot if you consider myself as Bob's friend only because I prefer FLAC to MP3, nice from you, but I don't know his own point of view about that.
Well, I think you maybe are a little bitter or something to say that sort of thing. For my part, I won't denounce him because he shared mp3... I will just feel sad, but that's all. In that precise case, the lossless files have been announced soon, so I don't mind, it is a great move, and very happy news. So I won't find useful to annoy the uploader with this.
Even if I find somewhat logical that the mp3 links are deleted if the Flac files are due to be uploaded, to avoid anyone using the mp3 files if the Flac files are available and blah blah blah... But it is not my problem, nor I think it is Bob's one, I mean he may feel sad that mp3 was already shared and not the Flac at the first time (I think we all can feel this way if you take into account the "preserving music" side of the Flac thing), but hey, I can't imagine myself or someone denouncing someone about copyright, I think Bob for example is too precise in its terms to do such a move. But it is my own opinion. I somewhat felt annoyed when I read your message, it is a sort of an attack to me somewhere (as a Flac defender), thinking that the "... and his friends" could be me. I'm quite honest and clear with my consciousness, I know I didn't, but I'm beginning to feel like I have leprosy. Just to reaffirm something, prefering Flac is just wanting to share files without altering music, that's all, it's not a sort of extremist move or something, the goal is not to destroy every mp3 share, it is that people stop mp3 sharing by themselves, nothing else !
Well, I just wanted to tell you that, hoping that no confusion was made by you or anyone else.
As far as Gym Bitch (or whoever he is) is concerned, well I hope he had a good time with his computer game, and hope he won in the end !! Don't feel attacked, and feel free to share your Flac files when you want it to! Try to avoid mp3 files when you can offer Flac, and see you next on Queenzone with your Flac files, I really would like to listen to these files :o)
Have a happy time, you gamer and Queenzoner... and remember, there can be only one... Kill 'Em All !
Olivier,
France.

Great post, I was actually shocked when I read YV's post. This ain't a damn war between Mp3 vs. Flac supporters. Everybody explained their point of view, and it is nice to see that one of the "Mp3 people" offers a lossless share. Flac supporters ain't terrorists. It's only the music that counts....

Our goal should be to seek out all the master tapes and spread copy's of those. then we would be a true sharing community. Like zeppelin en floyd fans have.
I would even say that in the end it is also a good thing for Queen themselves to only spread good quality material and not mp3 because a performance can only be heard well and thus judged well when the quality is as good as possible. Good compared to good + or very good - makes a difference!
