It died, I am sorry to say. People did not copy and send on the DVds they received.

What about starting some sort of "Hall of shame" ? Many people have contributed their time and money and some idiots just grab the stuff they got for free and keep it for themselves ? I think it would be fair to contact them and if they don't send the discs they got write their names and addresses
