I was going to suggest soaking a nice loaf of bread in some bubblebath, then applying the warm wet bread to any exposed neck areas. But, then ...

How about a knit scarf - sort of like a movie director look? Something in maybe grey and white. Or one of those ski masks with the little holes for your mouth and eyes.

Darn you people have good advice, I'm not really sure where to go first.
I did get pyjamas, that seems to have helped. A bit. Still cold though :(
