Generally, yes. But there are some people who tape shows for themselves and are under no obligation to share them with anyone. While we may not like it, they're entitled to that choice. Just because they recorded it doesn't automatically entitle us to hearing it.

Exactly - but I would not consider a taper a "hoarder" anyway - whereas we would all like to see said recordings shared, it is the final responsibility of the taper to decide what he or she wants to do with his/her recording. Similarly I would not class as "hoarders" people who get a recording under the express condition that they do not share it with anyone else. Hopefully such conditions are limited in time and one day they might be able and willing to share. Hoarders in my books are people that have recordings made by others and choose not to share them.

I have a manchester 74, that I download from the HUB. It sounds a little better than this one, with fewer digital clicks, compared with these from the torrent. I don't know what is the source, or if it was equalizated...Audiochecker says:
