Brian would not be happy to hear you say that ;-)

Amen, sister! Spiders must die. It won't be me that kills them, though.

I wonder what Brian would do if he got some kind of infestation in his house.
... I sooooooo can see him pick up the beasts and carry them outdoors one by one... LOL!!!

Have you ever tried hairspay, Erin?:) Brian is never around when I need someone to get rid of the spider...
I do not want any google ads here.

LOL! My sister uses hairspray. She sprays the spider, then puts tape on the end of a broom to pick it up. ;-)
I was just kidding about the hairspray, lol. But I heard it makes the spider immobile.
My method is screaming for someone to remove it:)

... with spiders, and most insects, what I usually do is gently convince the creature to walk onto my hand, or onto a sheet of paper, and then carry it outdoors and release it in a safe corner ...

Of course, our local spiders aren't too big - I do not think I'd be able to do that, for instance, with Australian spiders and such.

To remove bigger creatures, I use a cardboard box and a sheet of paper - or a soft brush, or a broom if need be - but I always do my best not to hurt them.

Done that since childhood, to the continuing horror of friends, schoolmates and co-workers... :-P

I also save bugs and take them outside. It just takes a glass and a piece of paper. They have such a short life span - I want them to enjoy it and not be stuck inside.
I'm not going to get worked up about saving snails, but I'm also not going to get off on spider torture porn.

There are some sick fucks in this world.
I have had frogs come into my apartment and removed them without harming them by the brilliant use of a plastic cup and dust pan. As for Brian, he is a sensitive artist and i appreciate his concern for all of gods creatures, but his practically weeping over the plight of the snail almost seems like self-parody. In honor of Brian, the following ... ALL HAIL THE SNAIL ... ALL HAIL THE SNAIL ...
I crushed a spider with a shot put once. ¬_¬
Back whenever

Actually it works real good when you mix in a "bic".

If I see a spider in my house I will trap it and take it outside. Mosquitoes receive no such courtesy. If I were to see a slug in my house I would napalm the house.
Ready Freddie?
