Anyway... the short answer to the topic title is: Yes, QUEEN's self-titled debut album was remastered four times:
- in 1990, by Eddy Schreyer at Future Disc Systems for Hollywood Records' QUEEN 20 YEARS series released only in USA and Canada in 1991 (I believe this remaster was later included, in a beautifully pictured 24-k gold pressed CD, in the ULTIMATE QUEEN box-set issued in 1995).
- in 1990, released by EMI/Parlophone in their territories as part the DIGITAL MASTER SERIES from 1993/94.
- in 1998, QUEEN's 25th Anniversary remaster, issued only (as vinyl mini-replicas) in Japan and USA (included in THE CROWN JEWELS velvet box).
- in 2001, using Abbey Road Technology (ART), released several times but only in Japan (QUEEN 2001 FOREVER series, WE WILL ROCK YOU editions, etc. - I am specially fond of the vinyl mini-replicas from 2004).

How about a remix even? I think its a great album, could be stunning with radically improved sound.
