There are martial arts and wrestling matches conducted in cages. One is able to climb up the cage and leap onto ones opponent or slam the head of ones opponent against the cage. So it adds another element of vicious violence into martial arts and wrestling. And i have never heard of someone fighting an actual cage but it is probably done somewhere.
