There`s nothing bad in promoting Queen songs and it`s great to hear the songs live. I think a new wave of love for Queen is soaring thanks to the guys` singing Queen songs. Some of my friends who didn`t use to be fans or know much about Queen are asking questions about them and starting to listen to Queen records. And the new band is breathing new life to Queen...

No, what Brian and Roger should have done is steal Freddie's body and hide it in a spooky motel in Arizona.

They should talk to the corpse, wear Freddie's outfists with fake moustaches and occassionally stab guests in the shower for perceived disrespect to Freddie.

This healthy approach would definitely earn them more respect than their sick and twisted idea of using their talent and energy for something new and good.
Ideas like these are a good example of why TM could never make it big even if they would record the Sgt. Pepper of the 21st century.

In fact there was a touring Elvis-show that followed this formula a couple of years ago. But then again the Elvis Presley estate havent exactly made themselves known as the knights of good taste.

Speaking of that, it is unsettling when some people try to turn Freddie into some semi-religious cult, much like was done with Elvis.
Notice the overwhelming support for this marvelous idea from the fans here at QZ.

Once again TM has his fingers on the pulse of what makes Queen fans excited. Just like with his music.

It's about musical progression not some two hour plus road show honouring Freddie. If you don't get this you obviously don't understand anything about a band playing live. If I want this type of experience I'd watch an old Queen DVD. I appreciate your enthusiasm but realistically it'll never happen.
Im just saying they would have got alot more respect for doing that instead as they already use freddie footage on several songs, its impossible to even come close to the quality of queen without freddie so why use the name and ruin it? they should have just kept the memory alive and played with freddie footage.
'They should toured as the 3 remaining members playing to Freddie singing on a screen' Are you having a laugh ?. That would have killed the legacy I'm sure John would come out of retirement for that.

Priceless
only stupid one is YOU! how would they kill the legacy that way? what they are doing now is hurting the legacy with the realeasing of an album that sounds much more like paul rodgers than Queen.
We have enough DVDs, no need for that.
oh really, what do you think they are doing now? they are playing several songs with freddie footage.
Yes, that would be a tribute concert to Freddie.
But it could be played once. And then - good-bye to Brian and Roger?
well i dont think they should use the Queen name, they could just go on with their solo careers or do a project together but not call it Queen.
I think just one "troll" message was enough to express yourself. Why the repeated messages, inu-liger?
