I'd be 55/45 in favor of Paul because he is the better overall vocalist in most cases, Roger still dominating in his range of voice preference to his raw/high/sharp voice.
The Freddie audio adds a lot of style, but they couldn't use it much more without having to do the bulk themselves which is hard.

I would have preffered to see them go down the Carlos Santana route. You know, collaberate with younger, more modern artists, adding a fresher, more current edge to that classic Queen sound.
I reckon a lot of todays muso's would jump at the chance as well. Guy's like Gavin DeGraw, Jason MRaz, Dave Grohl and co, would be able to cover a whole range and variety of music from pop to rock to heavy metal, which imo, was the true essence of Queen. At the moment there sort of stuck in the one genre with Paul, which while still good, can definitely become bland and boring.
Then sure, if they want to tour, bring in a guest singer.

Collaboration with younger artists is a very interesting idea.
They did this for the last few years. Id much rather have them work more with someone who share teir roots and is the same age. Paul Rodgers is perfect in that sense. He has also gone down this route before, both dealing with tragic deaths within the band and what many considered replacing Robert Plant as Jimmy Pages partner. He is also probably the singer of his generation for whom age has affected his voice the least. On the contrary he has become better.
I want proper rock music and music with real feeling by a real band, not some circus act with who ever is the flavour of the month like Carlos Santana has been the last few years.

Queen was all about 4 different songwriters and a variety of music. Freddie's genius lay in that he could represent all these different styles. Paul cant. As proffesional and as good a singer that he is, he's stuck in the one genre. This latest album is testament to this. The excitement and variation that was Queen, has now become bland and boring.
I'd prefer to see them mix it with a number of artists thereby being able to get that variety. I'd also prefer them to be modern, younger artists so (as i said previously) that current, and freshness that a Dave Ghrol has for example, can be blended to that classic Queen sound.

Why not? Taylor and May would share lead vocals, they have great voices!

What an honour. I feel very privileged to be online at the same time as the great Treasure Moment. I have seen your band on Youtube and I can't believe you still give up some of your precious time to converse with us mere mortals on here. Surely you should be getting ready for your next gig at Knebworth or Wembley or Slane castle perhaps? I think I need to take a break as I'm trembling with excitment

They have one of the best singers in the world, they have worked hard to get a great touring band together. Do you see ANY reason for them to abandon this?

Those supernatural shows WERE a circus. And the records werent exactly Electric ladyland were they. Dont mean to sound harsh but if you want to listen to some great music by a veteran artist try Robert Plant and Strange Sensation or Bob Dylan.
