Honestly, I don't give a shit about US election but I must say that I agree with Sergei. It's really awful how many people support him just because he's "black". Oprah also annoys me, she is supporting him for the very same reason. In the beginning I thought she might support Hillary and say: "She's going to be first female president!", but nooooo... color of skin comes first, of course!! That's what I call racism. :P

Few days ago I saw this guy on the news who said that he supports democrats but this time he's going to vote for republicans. Journalist asked him why and he said; "Because I hate niggers, is that good enough reason?". Now, he may be a racist and redneck but I do appreciate his honesty. There are some black people who are voting for Obama and are talking about changes, freedom, how they want the best for their country but the real truth is that they are voting for him just because he is black (actually half black). Now what annoys me is the thing that some people will point their fingers on that redneck and say "Racist!", while nobody will say anything about those other people.

i have a feeling obama will win the popular vote by a landslide, but mccain will win electoral vote. if that happens, ill truly be convinced the election is rigged.
I'm watching a debat right now between two young Democrats and two young Republicans. And those too correct Republicans are really determinated. They yell hard, but when you ask them why we should vote for McCain, they don't come any further then pointing to his experience...
But with the current credit crisis, we're in need of some fresh air. It's good to see that most of the Americans see the same. Maybe we Europeans start liking America again some day. ;-)
