So what bits of other songs has Brian played in his solo? :

Danny Boy (Dublin 1984) - I think: could be wrong.
Silent Night (London 1980?)
Barcelona (Barcelona 2008)

I believe he did bits of a traditional Japanese song, "Sakura, Sakura" during his solo on one (or more?) of the 2005 Japanese shows.

[/QUOTE] Just to be clear, I'm not talking about bits of covers that the band have played or little impros between songs, what I mean is melodies that Brian has incorporated into his long 'Brighton Rock' type solo.

So regarding I Feel Fine, was it played as part of Brian's solo or just as part of an improv between songs?

Also, what is kalinka?

Except I Feel Fine in 1986, the other three that I mentioned was during Brian´s solo...

Kalinka is a traditional russian tune

The T. Stooges was also par of Brian´s solo in earls court

Sakura, Sakura... another traditional tune (I forget that one!, amazing in Super Live dvd)

Concierto de aranjuez (during Brian´s solo in Madrid last time)

Holly- Kalinka is a very famous Russian melody... Probably the most famous Russian melody of all time.

Silent Night was in 1979, at the Hammersmith Odeon, in London.

During the whole 2005/06 tour, he also played parts of Chinese Torture. ;)

Strauss'  Blue Danube in Vienna, 2005; this was one of the digital downloads of the previous tour
