Holly, the poster on YouTube says that he did not record the first part of the solo with the Concierto de Aranjuez:

comenzo tocando unas frases de el "Concierto de Aranjuez" con Chorus y Delay (esta parte no la grabe)

he started playing some phrases of the Concierto de Aranjuez ... (I did not record that part)

It will be on part 4 of the amazing video that is shared on QZ at the moment :-)

Okay, here is the bit from the Madrid ripped from the amazing video shared on QZ. Andrea Bocellis sang this tune on the Pavarotti and Friends concert in Modena 2003 where Brain and Roger played, too.

I did not find the clip on YouTube but here is the same song on another occasion

The Three Stooges Song is "Listen to the Mockingbird" by Alice Hawthorne (pseudonym of Septimus Winner), published in 1855.

Brian also played a tiny bit of Loch Lomond in the recent Glasgow show. Unfortunately this clip misses half of it
