Announce as torrent : Fukuoka 1 May 1979 FLAC

Is this the same as in [url=http://www.queenzone.com/queenzone/forumnew/forum_topic_view.aspx?Q=1043438&page=1]http://www.queenzone.com/queenzone/forumnew/forum_topic_view.aspx?Q=1043438&page=1[/url], where they say it's lossy? Im a bit confused now, because this torrent is clearly announced as FLAC. Or is it a lossless version of the same gig? Too bad, there is no lineage... Anyway, please, please, don't re-share former mp3 or other lossy stuff as FLAC ><

I dunno - I didn't get my show from Masahiko-san and since I didn't download that version here and the thread doesn't give much information beyond set list, for instance lineage or even total size of folder, I don't want to say if it's the same or not.  I'd like to think not.  Once again, I need input from experts!
