It's not overly inspiring, although well timed, a week after 'the announcement.'
By the way, does anyone remember teh album club thing on Queenonline?  It said there would be 15 free downloads from the show for members, did that actually happen?  I joined it thinking there would actually be good info and stuff on it (I don't know why I keep falling for Queen's promotional blurb.)  But i never heard anything after about the free downloads.  Do they exist?  How do you get them?  (Not that i'm a skinflint or anything...)

Yes, it did exist. You got 15 free downloads in the beggining, but if you joined the album club later (I can´t remember the specific date right now), I believe the thing was reduced to only 3 downloads or so.

In fact, the downloading process was a mess in the beggining .... a sweet mess in my case, as I got 20 free downloads instead of 15 ;P

Thanks Vali!  How did you get them though?  I kept looking in the hopes of finding out how to get them and never found it.  I joined it early, it was meant to be 15 when I joined, but it was before the tour began.

If you log into the QOL store using the email address that you bought your Album Club membership with, and then select the 15 tracks you want to 'purchase', it will add them to your basket and then charge you nothing for them when you go to check out.

Here is the trade ad for the Queen + Paul Rodgers Live In Ukraine DVD.

There is one in this month's Record Collector and Classic Rock magazines. Not sure about any other magazines.

Have you noticed that the word "QUEEN" can be read at great distance, while "Paul Rodgers" gets buried somewhere below?

I wonder how some of you are surprised that the man's gone back with his former band.

Have YOU noticed that if you would have used the same font size for Paul, it would have either taken up two lines or you would need a wider DVD cover.

Then you'd be bitching that the words PAUL RODGERS take up mores space than the word QUEEN.

Then we'd be arguing that they should have made it that the word "QUEEN" should be visible at a great distance, while "Paul Rodgers" should get buried somewhere.

Then I'd argue that if you would have used the same font size for Paul, it would have either taken up two lines or you would need a wider DVD cover.

Poor tormented soul.  :)

But, aren't we all trapped here in one way or the other?

You should check the IMDb.com boards for craptastic neverending and recurring thread arguments.
