Here in North America, we use NTSC :(
I plan on getting a DVD player that plays PAL on ebay sometime soon so I can actually get the satisfactory of enjoying the concert instead of staring at the disc.
A PAL dvd will play on [b][i]ANY[/i][/b] PC that is capable of playing Dvds. Download VLC (freeware)

If you read this thread you will see it is not the mediafire links you should be downloading, for the better quality go for the megaupload links.
