opening "credits" suggest this is tv news made by journalists from TF1, the first channel in french tv.

The DVD says it's filmed on a studio in London... maybe it's a Paris rehearsal and that collector "gave" his tape to QP mislabeled?

Maybe you had it for years thinking it was Paris and it's actually London?

Yes, you're right... this is from London studio, but this footage was labeled as Paris '86 for many years. Now we know it is not true. :)
