J ai acces a tous les archives des journaux televise depuis 1940 lol donc je fouille un peu partout , mais sur queen y a vraiment rien du tout. Sinon y a concert aid 86 en entiere mais ca je pense pas ke c est rare?

c'est le live aid de 1985 tu peux pas trop le poster ici c'est du matériel officiel.
par contre le journaliste se trompe : il dit que la tournée va commencer à wembley or la première date c'était à stockholm. et la scène ne ressemble pas trop à celle de wembley.
c'est des archives d'où ? de tf1 ? ou de l'ina en france?

Yes It's a video of the rehearsals for the Wembley concert and not for the Paris gig and the quality is great (both audio and video)... so don't you worry about some people here that doesn't appreciate the fact that someone posts some rare material for free and only for the pleasure of share something.
You've done the right thing...

you guys are talking about 2 different videos
The one which Olivier posted DOES come from the bonus disc of Wembley.
The one shared by the topic starter is a DIFFERENT video. It wasn't (at least this part wasn't) on the DVD, I don't remember seing it before.
To the topic starter - could you share your video directly here ? You have it already in pretty bad VCD quality, and when you posted it to YouTube you decreased the quality again. Also if somebody tries to get it from YouTube and (s)he converts it to some usable format, the quality gets decreased again.

This footage isn't rare at all, as it was shown on TV, like the Paris footage you shared... so it's certainly not something "unseen". You just happen to have a copy that isn't generated, so thanks for putting it up.
Judging by the performance (they're not totally up to speed yet), I'd say this is pre-tour rehearsal footage in London, from early June 1986.
Just because it's in London doesn't mean it took place in July before the Wembley shows. Besides, why would the band need to rehearse after being on tour for a month, playing more or less the same show every night?

thsi is a footage from a french new in 1986!! So rare are the people who record a TV new especially in the 80'

No, people definitely have seen this before... just not in quite as good quality. Something rare would be footage that the TV station didn't broadcast in the first place.
If you choose to see this as a lack of appreciation for sharing a better quality version, that's your choice. A colour version of this footage is great and appreciated, but it is far from being ultra-rare footage, as you're making it out to be. If I could immediately identify both bits of footage upon seeing it, maybe I know what I'm talking about. :-)

The reason why we have this material only in black and white, is because all known copies come from a SECAM tape (French TV norm) and nobody could make a colour copy from SECAM. It's the first time I see it in colour.

On the start of the video you see 'Juin 1986', which means June 1986, so this would mean this is a pre-tour rehearsal. Then the comments say it is in Wembley, in the EMI offices, in a 3.000 m² room. Then says "rehearsals in view of the world tour to begin the forthcoming days in Wembley (of course the comments are wrong !), then he says they will be in Paris Hippodrome De Vincennes on 14th of June.
We can't say it is RARE as it was broadcasted on TV (so that's not extremely rare as it was seen by thousand/millions of people). But what is nice is to have it those years ago, still shared, and nowadays it is shared to all the Queen fans, and not only to French TV watchers ;o) And I'm not qualified in the video field, I can't say if it's extremely rare or not, and so on...
Anyway, rare or not, this is a nice video !

I can't see why not... it's no different from sharing an audience recording from Rio. The official release was mixed differently from what was shown on TV - unless it's a TV broadcast of the official release, of course!
