i actually love gloomy weather. im usually considered "weird" because of it!
i just find it relaxing. im an introvert, so i love curling up with a book, and listening to the rain.
although i love sunny and brisk fall days :)

the winter can be cozy like that, but...I suppose it also to do with whats happening in your life at present...
at this point in time.. the winter is not helping and the winter blues is really testing my emotions.

Has any body noticed that in the winter time, when the days are shorter, nights are colder than it can be a time when being very moody is pretty common.
The feelings of depression rise and unhappy feelings settle in...
any body suffer from this at times?

Its a lack of vitamin D, which the sun provides you with in the summertime.
Taking a vitamin D supplement in the wintertime helps to ward off the winter blues.

I just started taking Vitamin D a month or so ago ... Hope it works splendidly for me next winter.
