I'm curious.  Why do so many people think that a guitar is doing that?  I think it is a pretty clear vocal sound.  Do people not want to acknowledge that Freddie was capable of it?

What do you guys think?

It is a very high note.

You just can't beat the reasonably priced mosquito repellant OFF.
It's a note... you know, the things we sing?

Its an E17 tribute band.

:)

Yeah,a very high one...I have also noticed that...I think is him...is a little bit more deepeer than the guitar sound.
I took it for granted that it was a vocal sound.
Where is it?

E6, as in, an augmented fourth above the high Borhap note?

Check out this video.  It's the last song.  The E6 is pretty clear.

Perhaps someone should check with Brian for the answer, I'd imagine he'd be more thanhappy to indulge. I have always assumed it was guitar, never even accured to me that it was Freddie. Hmm!
Of course it's a voice... it's like realising 1+1=2.
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.
It is a voice yeah, you can hear it break.

SEBASTIAN: Well obviously its not like realising 1+1=2 to everyone if "so many" people think its a guitar> I'm not arguing that it is a guitar, I just though it was. After listening to it again I suppose it does sound more like a vocal but I wouldn't say its blindingly obvious.

So, if 'so many' people said the earth was flat we should believe them?

Answer for everything... and it wasn't blindingly obvious as 1+1 or someone wouldn't have asked.

Don't insult someone by belittling them just because you think your the Einstein of Music Theory and all things Queen.

The poster only asked a question genius.
