The word "difficult" is obsolete now. It has been replaced by "challenging" thanks to the management gurus.

Thank you Tcc, thought that only related to children though! (I.e. implementing 'behaviour management strategies' to assist with displays of 'challanging behaviour'. And now I have to phone her back again!
