Porthleven going to be in the news tomorrow,i've just watched 3 fire engines,2 ambulances,the inshore lifeboat,the RNLI lifeboat,2 lifeguard vehicles,the police and about 50 people all involved in trying to rescue someone in a white renault car which had somehow managed to drive off the pier outside the Harbour Inn and into the freezing cold sea and land upside down submerged on its roof.
it took them an hour or more to get the car out of the sea and the car doors were still shut when it was finally retrieved.the 'casualty' was stretchered off about 20 minutes ago in one of the ambulances but not in any great rush.

My dreaded exam on Friday seems to have gone ok, thank goodness, unless i went badly wrong in how i understood one of the questions, i think i will be ok! :) I am totally enjoying a study-free sunday!!!!!
