and like I said been discussed and dug up over and over again on here a 1,000 times, and you can make whatever justification you want for such MORBID curiosity its still uncalled for

Those pictures are of a human being with a terrible illness he probably never had an opportunity to avoid. A much loved human being. YOU are the one making that disease ugly and shameful and MORBID. YOU are the one doing a disservice to his memory. Stop trying to bully people into shame that is your problem, not theirs.

If you love him so much quit tryin to study his every flaw to his demise you dumbfuck....Again your trying to justify a very played out scenerio that's been discussed here thousands of times. You can twist and turn it however you like, the very fact this is a very tired ass subject on this site is a FACT wheather you want to bring it up for the umpteenth time or not!

There's nothing wrong with looking at that photo.

And there lies YOUR problem. Who else is too 'flawed' to be looked at? Cancer patients? The third world hungry? Or do you reserve this shitty, sanctimonious attitude for photographs of people who suffer from AIDS? You'd have been perfect for 1985. It's just a picture of a much admired person, the way he was, on one day in 1991. Nothing more, and more importantly, nothing LESS. The sense that his physical condition was something to be hidden and shunned, something shameful and grotesque to be whispered about rather than addressed directly is ALL COMING FROM YOU.
The only FACT you need to be worrying about is that the best of internet forums are self regulating places where the group decides what's worthy of discussion. Threads that people don't care about die all on their own. Heavy handed moderators are poison enough, never mind some absurdly big mouthed self-appointed one. The best of internet forums are also adding new members all the time, and discussions that are repeats of repeats of repeats are going to happen. Veterans who don't want to spend their time that way can leave it to the ambassadors and the patient.

I'm standing well back to avoid the abuse that will undoubtedly be soon flying your way!
why do you say this
Is that a serious question or a joke Andreas?! :)
I can't believe that nobody has said anything! (and i meant verbal abuse, in case you were wondering)
Like, someone posts a pic of Freddie walking to his car and gets two pages of abuse, you post... um... well... and not a word!!! You must be very well respected around here or something! :)

Boring thread. Show the photo of Freddie bending over in his garden in 1990!

I cant access this link. And, yes it is too silly to be offenseve, but on the otehr hand, i have no idea why many of the fights around here break out... most of them start over extremely minor and fairly innocent comments. Just look at the responses to some of Zebonkas threads for examples! I wasn't saying i have a problem with it. It just seems odd that someone posted a pic of Freddie at the start of this thread and some ppl went ballistic over it, how insensitive it is, etc etc. Then not a word about your link. I guess it is one of the mysteries of life... why a real pic of someone walking to a car is degrading, morbid and bad, but a pic of a skeletan is just fine. :)
Maybe i will stop now before this turns into a fight! :)
