Yes, they are floor toms overdubbed later.
I wouldn't be so quick to conclude that.
The two room mic tracks (technically three, since one is in stereo) are different takes, and the rest of the drum tracks that correspond to the mono one are takes that didn't end up on the album. Solo the three room mic tracks and you'll hear the mono one not quite lining up with the stereo one (but it's damn close, as Roger's time was impeccable).
Why the 24 track "master" primarily has a different drum take on nine of them is anyone's best guess.
And the edit done on all these tracks at 4:00 likely indicates that the ending went through at least a couple changes.
So many questions, and probably no answers will ever come.

It has just dawned on me that the remixed UP that appeared on Classic Queen has been sourced from these tracks. The lack of 'that's ok', the crispy clean, hi tone hi hat sound and a very prominent 'people on streets' and Roger/Bowie 'last dance' vocal. Going by the last 2 (left and right) tracks on the download anyway.

These 2 tracks are not from this multitrack session. They are LOSSY and they are L and R channels of Classic Queen remix, which were added later to this folder.
The same situation with FBG 2 tracks, mix-down is from RockBand stems.

It’s usually easy to tell Freddie and Roger, especially in the higher parts, because of the more unique sound of their voices. Brian’s is usually lower and it just blends, I guess.
In fact that's a common misconception: Brian rarely sang the low part by himself, except on the songs he sang everything (e.g. 'Leaving Home Ain't Easy' or the resolutions of each chorus on ''39').
When there was a bass voice (or a low baritone at least), it was usually - though not always - Frederick ('Bohemian Rhapsody', 'Somebody to Love', 'All Dead, All Dead').
For a lot of recording sessions, though, what they did was getting all three to sing every part (except the really high ones which would be just Roger). So you had two Brians, two Fredericks and two Rogers on top; two Brians, two Fredericks and two Rogers in the middle; two Brians, two Fredericks, two Rogers at the bottom. That's how they got those rich-sounding blends.

While I can tell that the final FBG BVs (BV_01 & BV_02) are more than the sum of the individual parts, the individual tracks (GTR_03, GTR_04) sound to me like only Brian & Freddie.

Its amazing how the crisp hi hat sound has a horrible lisp on the published version though...

I agree. Maybe Roger had a day off when they were doing those?

Now that you say that Sebastian, I remember them saying they did multiple takes of all of them on each part of the harmonies. I think the basis of my problem is that in the higher harmonies I definitely hear Roger’s voice, and probably on the lower parts I focus on Freddie’s tone because his voice is more distinctive. When Freddie and Brian are singing at the same time I just don’t hear Brian at all. It would still be interesting to hear each part of the harmonies by itself, just to know what their blended voices sound like on each one.

'Earth' is an interesting case as Brian's singing the high part and Roger's singing the low one.
I strongly suspect 'Stone Cold Crazy' to have been Brian on top, Roger in the middle and Frederick at the bottom.

I went back and had a listen to Stone Cold Crazy, you could be right. I think I just assumed all high stuff was Roger, and I didn’t think Brian’s voice had quite the bite or projection to come through in that range. But I also listened to Sail Away Sweet Sister, which has quite a few higher notes that Brian hits very strongly and clearly so I think it could be so on SCC too.
