Hard to think...  There are lots that come to mind, but if you think about it they wouldn't work at all... not Get Down Make Love, (despite the lengthy guitar in the middle), Tao Torriatte?  But not really, that would be nicer for cuddling on the couch... Don't Stop Me Now?! 
Even non-Queen, it is hard to think.  Nick Hornby (author of the book About a Boy, made into a film) wrote a book called 31 songs, and he says Samba Pa Ti by Santana describes sex to him.  I've never heard it though, so can't really comment.

Before the actual sex part, if you were trying to pick someone up, you could try I Want it All.

Bloody hell - the youth of today are easily pleased. When I was courting the required stamina level was at least half an LP.

CDs came as a nasty surprise in some ways...

Elvis would've picked "Mother Love".

I think that "Ride the Wild Wind" gives me the biggest boner, but "Breakthru" is another good choice.  I'm not referring the subject matter of either song as such (although the titles are apt) as much as the pounding tempo.

No female of the species outside porn flicks and the animal kingdom wants to be shagged to Breakthru.  Believe it.
