Out of all the bands in the '70s that opened for KISS RUSH opened for them the most times.

A KISS concert buries a RUSH concert any day.  (Seen KISS 19 times, seen RUSH 14 times)

[/QUOTE]
Necessary because the Rush concert died laughing at the KISS concert.

RUSH were grateful towards KISS because KISS took them out on tour.  RUSH was having a very difficult time
finding gigs to play during that time period.

Where do you get your information?  All you do is troll, spam, and spew out revisionist history with a pro-Kiss bias.

How the hell does a Kiss concert beat out a Rush concert?

This fellow has taken upon himself to help his favourite band sell their tour for this year.  He's probably worried that the tour would do badly so he just goes all out to say outrageous things to get people's attention to his favourite band and slip in a reminder every now and again about the band's tour this year.

Thank you for your further trolling and indisputable proof that everyone including Rush is bowing at the throne of Kiss.

Thanks for being your typical shithead, dumbass self.

Looking back on the early years, I've read that Rush toured with Kiss in 1975.
Alex Lifeson: That was our first kind of "big tour." We had started touring in '74 - we were opening for a few different bands. But the Kiss tour...and this was the start of their career, as well. The tour that we did with them, we opened for them, and we were playing 3,000-5,000 seat halls. They were a new band, and no one had really heard of them. So we did a lot of work with them - we probably toured with them for 60 or 70 shows. Back in those days, we were doing 200 to 250 shows a year anyways. But we toured with them over a fairly long period of time. We were very close and we had a lot of fun. We were both young bands, and quite different from each other - I think that was a nice compliment playing together. But like a lot of things, you sort of drift apart over the years. We stayed in touch for a while, but not so much in the past ten years or so.
Any specific memories of that tour?
Alex Lifeson: It was always a crazy scene at the end of tours - they'd plaster us with cream pies, there was always some sort of surprise lurking around a corner! And certainly, there were some fun nights - parties and things like that. They lived a little more of a "rock n' roll lifestyle" than we did.

Big deal, so Rush opened for Kiss.  It if wasn't Kiss, it would've been someone else because Rush were a good enough band.

Drop the "everyone should bow down to Kiss" attitude and maybe someone might get into a decent discussion with you.

It doesn't matter how old you say you are.  With all the name-calling, your demeanor is that of a teenager.  Are you getting your cooped-up teenage angst out by trying to bully people over the computer?  Does it make you feel like a big man?  I greatly pity you if you're over the age of 20.

Well I feel like a big man myself, but that's less to do with bullying and more to do with my furniture.

Well obviously ther are a lot of shitty bands around. But if its between Kiss and Rush, its Kiss. No doubt in my mind about that. I'll just "skip" any posts that take random incidents and try to project them as major events in rock history.
