who really think Germany lost the game ? since the moment they decided to give up their usual style, well, then I will agree. But since the moment every single team playing against Spain is giving up their style and playing only defense, defense and defense (Portugal included, wich was to me a major let down), don´t you think we´ll have to concede at least something positive to Spain ?

Just tell me who on earth can keep that ball posession as well as Spain does and then I´ll maybe start thinking we didn´t win the game, but Germany lost it.

at last we´ll have  the privilige to watch a world cup final where both teams will leave the word "DEFENSE" in the changing room.

It's obvious that the German team lost because the Spanish team was better! They could not develop their offensive like they did vs England and Argentina because they lost the ball all the time and the Spanish players are just so great technical players that no other team can compete at the moment. They seemed to own the ball 90% of the time. Also, the Germans seemed to be under too much pressure and had too much respect for the big names in the Spanish team.

The good thing was that nobody had any excuses, they only blamed themselves and the public is happy and proud of the team. Nobody really expected in all seriousness that this team could win the cup although we all hoped against hope, of course. Now we hope for Miroslav Klose that he scores another goal because that would make him the most successful World Cup scorer together with Ronaldo. We also hope that the coach and manager sign a new contract because their work is excellent and we never had a team that was so much fun to watch. The third place is not much for the team now after they were so close to the final but for the statistics it would be another third place for German teams, so I hope they play a good match and are not too consumed by disappointment.

I'm a very very very happy person: for the firstbtime there is a very solid spanish team, also I have to agree it's thanks to the Barcelona team.
