They were slated to play on the 11th and 18th, but both nights they didn't go on until about 2 am... so technically they're the 12th and 19th respectively.. :-)

For everyone who is interested, I've made my own cover creation for the great version that Bob made.

I still need a couple more TV sources for 4 more songs.  It may take a little while to get the footage transferred to digital (it's still on VHS), but it'll eventually happen.  Hopefully this year!
