Actually this is very very old fake that has been circulated in internet long-long time ago. I previously heard this one, but in much worse quality, and therefore I didn't recognize this old fake.

Tracklist is:
KYA/Son and Daughter (of course, KYA has never been performed live as a medley with Son and Daughter)
Ogre Battle
Hangman/Bama Lama Bama Loo (again, these songs has been never performed live as a medley)

KYA is probably the album/BBC version mixed with some live bits
origins of Son and Daughter is unclear
Ogre Battle is from Oxford soundcheck
Hangman is taken from Oxford '73 show
origins of Bama Lama Bama Loo is unclear

So make no mistake, this is old and well-known fake, just in better quality.

"Zapis" means "recording" and the above CMI's translation is right.  I'm glad you understand me!  I saw some of your sentences on Slovakian and almost understood it.
