Let's just say that a well known antagonist has appeared unter yet another new guise and is trying to impress everyone by making out he's bilingual....but is just using google translator and making a hash of it. It really is such a shame that there's nothing can be done about his multiple accounts.

Sure it can. People in charge are just choosing not to do anything about it. The trolls now run this place. If the forum engine needs a complete overhaul, then it should be done. This place used to have hundreds of regular posters, and it's down to a few dozen now, largely because the trolls have driven them away.
