It runs slightly faster (cca 0.936% faster than the video) but otherwise the sound is much better than I expected . Thanks a lot guys !

Really ? How can that be since both videos are PAL and were SHOT on PAL video ? There should be NO framerate conversion, or am I missing something ?

I don't know about the PAL or video stuff at all! All I know, is that there's this one video source on Youtube that has the pitch running a hair slow. The audience source, and the "miracle express" audio run at the correct pitch!

As for the video going out of sync, that may have been my fault, because when I exported the audio out of Audacity, I accidently exported it as 24-bit WAV (not 16-bit). I was told that changed the bit rate like that can create a de-syncing issue and/or cause gaps in the audio. Inu-liger was able to fix my mistake!

WinAmp.  But never mind, it was just gremlins at the time.  Sounds perfect now.
