Eurgh, what a retarded thread.
The answer to your problems is staring you in the face. Get together and make sure his Youtube channel goes down for good.

I will not download this.
Thank you very much to the "elite hoarders" for all the shares and all the effort, time and money you put into them. Without you I wouldn't have gigabytes on my harddisks.
NO no.
Download it. It's out now so don't cut your nose off to spite your face.

Im not having a go at anyone in particular but its all based of greed. Its the greed of fans/collectors wanting evrything that is the problem here.Whoever made the "elite group" and those who joined it only did so because they wanted everything they did not have from the other members.I am just an innocent bystander who very rarely downloads anything as my interest in queen died along with Freddie but I still keep an eye on discussions here as I have so many great memories of a once great band.I include myself in the greedy people who at one time would of done anything to hear an unheard Queen track. If people want to share its upto them but is it just self importance or one upmanship that makes you feel like you have to have more than everyone else.

I feel like the greatest judge of character on the Planet Earth. I could've told you years ago that Dave Fuller was a duplicitous, self-interested cockbag, but you wouldn't have believed me. It was all 'but what about his wonderful Youtube channel?'.
Fuck, vindication has a sweet taste.

You know what? I will have to admit something and come clean with this...I WAS invited initially to take part in the group (won't say by who, out of respect for their wishes) to help with sorting out the cataloguing and stuff. By no means was I GUARANTEED any rarities right off the bat, as it was obviously and made quite clear to be a long term project with any rewards to be potentially had near the end of the line!
However, the timing wasn't good as I was already committed to the Breakthru convention and the concert therein, as well as dealing with personal life issues which I will not get into.
And NOW that I'm in more of a state to be able (theoretically) to jump into this and help pick up the pieces, Dave has completely afaik not only fucked over any chances I could have had to get involved however belatedly, BUT he also timed it ironically very well when it WAS going to be more convenient to me to be available!
So yeah, FUCK YOU David!

This had to happen on my birthday!
Despite the bad circumstances that happened, me and a small group of people will post an audience recording of a show in the very near future. I won't reveal it yet, but to give a hint, it's a show well known by Queen fans!
Happy birthday !

Interesting discussion here. A little bit TOO personal, but I can fully understand both groups of people here.
It's very simple - there is absolutely NO problem with the fact that the tracks were shared here. Absolutely none.
The problem is that these tracks were shared WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE OWNER. That's all.
As I said, it's simple. "Only" a promise was broken. Nobody was murdered,or something similar. Somebody "only" didn't keep his word.
Maybe I'm old-fashioned but words like "honour", "trust", "friendship" etc. mean something to me. And I think it's sad that somebody prefers to be a hero for a couple of collectors than to keep his word

What will happen now ?
The owner paid a lot of bucks for an acetate which is pretty useless for him now, since he can't get any more rare material for it.
The sharer will be a huge hero for a couple of Queen collectors, but he destroyed his own reputation. He will never get something rare anymore, because everybody who owns some REALLY rare stuff will know that he shares everything he has.

So ... anybody has the missing tracks ? This year seams to be very nice for Queen fans :-)
Here you got the other tracks.
Yes, that's nice. Just a little problem - they were not shared by the owner of these tracks, which creates a small moral problem.
