Yes, but I think that even if QPL were not allowed to say anything about this Kiev gig until the official "Press Release" It would have been better to say something else than just saying "it makes it easier for us" without any explanation. The way they handeled it just pissed off all the fans who already, booked flights, hotels ect.

It was a bit unprofessional. The fact it took nearly two months to provide an official reason why Moscow was re-booked looks VERY bad on QPL from the public's point of view. The [i]least[/i] they could have done was say without making or leaking direct references that the date had to be moved because, say, "negotiations are underway for an event that due to circumstances would conflict with the original intended Moscow date," or something along those lines. It would have saved QPL a lot of face.
