I started it from my hard drive. It didn't do the seeding bit. Now I've tried the link above and it's telling me: "The torrent you are trying to add is already in the list of torrents. Do you want to load the trackers from it?"

OK, I did that. It still has only my original file on there which is not doing the "Initial-seeding" like my other torrent. Should I just shut uStream down (which will interrupt the other torrent) and start fresh? Which is best? Opening the torrent from here or my own computer?
I have no experience with ustream tbh. But stop seeding the old torrent. And close the program.
Download the above torrent and double click to open torrent program, select to save files where the directory with the original files are.

Right click in the torrent program and select start?
I cant find any info on ustream as a torrent client, are you sure you don't mean utorrent?

Yes, I mean uTorrent. I have now moved both 'utorrents' into the folder where the four files are because it is not recognizing that I already have them. Let me see how that goes.
It is not recognising them because you have the original folder in the wrong place, maybe your desktop, or another folder? You need to copy that original folder into your torrent download folder.
