Montserrat has had a stroke

a few days ago and is currently in intensive care, she also broke her arm falling

Well... It won't do much, but thoughts and "intent" have been shown to change activities in microscopic behaviour and the same goes for prayer on water etc... Its not entirely ridiculous. each to their own. At least somebody's thinkin bout her. I'm not a fatalist.

I've had too many "peculiar" things happen on this subject to consider this the be all end all of things.

Seems it was a 'minor' stroke, and she's recovering.

I believe a study was done and mentioned in the book 'The God Delusion' that subjects who were informed that they would be prayed for got worse than people who weren't prayed for. It's not entirely ridiculous, but pretty ridiculous nonetheless.

Well, thoughts may help provided she reads them. It may make it less stressful for her which in turn would help with her recovery.

Not sure how you guys can make fun of this. If you would see somebody close to you fall down in front of you and die next day, you would never make fun or sarcastic remarks about this anymore.

I hope she recovers well.

Was the 'Not sure how you guys can make fun of this' comment made at me? She has always been massively overweight. Time to retire, she has millions in the bank, make quality time with family and get fit and healthy. Its a no brainer really.

"Fun" wasn't the correct word.
