ehh... no. I'm a girl, but even if i was a guy... no. I wouldn't get surgery anyway, and definately wouldn't try to get surgery to look like somebody. Even when you use makeup, the aim is to look like a better version of yourself, not to look like somebody else. Cos their face, hair, proportions, etc work together, whereas their face on your body probably wouldn't. And you'd never look exactly right, PLUS it would be really obvious that you'd had a ton of surgery.
