I always thought it was partly lifted from Frankfurt 1979; It has some faint similarities in the instrumentals in the first half. And then the breakdown and the rest is from another show. It's really hard for me to tell, because it is so much overdubbed...
Indeed, it's largely from Frankfurt.

And while there are a few overdubs here and there, it's still nothing compared to the work that was done on The Song Remains The Same and Kiss Alive.

I love the Live Killers album, I for one would love a complete unreleased unedited live show to be released from that tour.
Maybe a box set will happen.

But for now - at least there are a lot of great audience tapes from the tour, namely Providence, Montreal, Chicago, and Vancouver.

Yes, Real Wizard, a box set of live shows from 1979 would be awesome!
Of the audience recordings you mentioned, which shows are the best and which have best sound quality?

In my HUMBLE opinion the 3 jazz tour concerts with best sound quality are:
1) Vancouver 78
2) Montreal 78
3) Tokyo april 14th 79 (Bootleg Race cd)
