It says Jeremy is a comedian!
He is'nt a comedian he is an actor and a singer, when he did that video as a camp man, he was being funny yes but he is an actor not a comedian!

No one gives a shit about Jeremy Kapone here. Seriously, give it a rest once and for all.

This Jeremy Kapone guy kinda resembles Freddie. I wonder why no-one has mentioned him as a suitable candidate to play Freddie in his biopic.
Maybe tour with Brian and Roger also? -_-

Why do people still think it is a good idea that the band team up and tour with somebody who either sounds or looks like Freddie? Freddie is gone and nobody can fill his shoes, whether they look like or sound like him, it's not going to be the old Queen again. That chapter is past.
The reason Paul Rodgers and Adam Lambert fitted the bill is because they are not trying to be Freddie. As performers the band want somebody new to bounce off, not a wannabe or doppeldanger.

I think Wiley was taking the piss. The topic starter is a lunatic obsessive who logs in under different names to have conversations with himself. What is it about Queen that it attracts so many fucking weirdos?
But regarding the substance of your post, if they want to tour under the name Queen there's nothing wrong with having someone on board who can do justice to the original music. The guy who sings for the Queen Extravaganza has received almost unanimous praise, for example, and would make a great job of singing with Brian and Roger. In contrast, Paul Rodgers was completely unsuited to many of the songs Queen did live, and that’s because they insisted on doing a "Greatest Hits" setlist rather than select songs more suitable to his voice (like KYA or It's Late!). As for Lambert, he leaves me completely cold and his interpretations of Queen songs are sometimes unlistenable.
I'm all for them "moving on". Let them start a new band or do some solo work etc., instead of these bizarre Queen+ performances.

Who in the hell is Jeremy Kapone?! Lol. You do realise that the language in the link is in foreign language for the rest of us, right?

Oh now I remember why I'm not here much. Does this chap still post as much as he used to?

your right, but someone has, there's a whole blog on the biopic promoting that very idea, and not only him but others to play the rest of the band and the rest of queens people ,here

By the way although Jeremy is French he can speak fluent English and can do brilliant accents
He is the same height and build as Freddie and is young enough to play him and is not too old for eye make-up and skimpy knickers etc.

GT, I was joking. Like someone else said above me the topic starter, which I'm 90% sure it's the same Mr. Kapone, has multiple user names and is probably the author of the blog mentioned above. He is "campaigning" (yeah, right) for this nobody to play Freddie in the biopic.
I agree with you on the avoiding a Freddie clone and enjoyed the Queen and Paul Rodgers gigs in 2005 and 2006. I traveled from Mexico to Europe to see them four times, then to San Diego for a fitfth and I enjoyed it a lot.
Still, on the Freddie clone front, I wouldn't mind them doing a one-off with a certain Mr. Martel. ;) Nothing too fancy, like a convention or something and avoid the "Queen+" moniker, which has slowly become a joke.

Freddie was once a nobody,
So be grateful for them. mr Cowell!
Freddie is famous enough in his own right, so as not to have the need to be portrayed by a famous bad actor.
Or do you think he would want to assisinate his own character spoil his own fame image by being lampooned by a man who cannot act and give Freddie no chance of having his life story taken seriously? You think he would allow his own self to be handled by such a bunch of amateur to hack into his fame for money????? Ad treat his life's work as a effing joke?!!!!
Or do you think he was a damn fool and agree to it?use your brain !
He would much prefer to be wonderfully portrayed by an unknown superstar like Jeremy Kapone, than a well known 42year old ever ageing comedian .
He would make damn sure he found someone who can act,
and he would would not want himself portrayed as a pantomime character who was not a serious musician, but just an object of amusement , as both the sacha baron Cohen and the Kenny everett appallingly surface stereotypical Freddie's they both are.
“When I’m dead, I want to be remembered as a musician of some worth and substance.” Freddie Mercury
If it were possible to destroy that remembrance how would you do it? For a start you would make a biopic and have a idiot who cant dramatically act portray him as an unserious stereotypical bad lookalike version of his stage face , just interested in camping it up and being "outrageous" or "shocking" who wasn't good enough to even perform that shallow one dimensional face to a acting standard worthy of the man.or do you think a bad actor could emulate such wit and untouchable stage craft?
No!!!!!!!!they cannot!!!!
And you would have Borat going round doing interviews saying he is taking singing lessons to sing as Freddie mercury and not stop him!!!
I am a volcano and you are my victims , unless you have the good sense to GET TO GET OUT OF MY DAMN WAY
