I am a true musician, a self thought one so i don't know any theory or musical terms. I don't know how to read notes or anything. Im all by ear and write straight from feeling only.

Whatever, it don't affect me as some of you should know by now. I know what's good and what's not. Infact, that some of you actually think Rogers version of the song is good shows that we like totally different stuff. So, Freddie wasn't a true musician? Because he *did* have a degree of classical training, which he absolutely needed. Do you want to be a blues singer? Then you can get by simply with your ears (well, not *your* ears the way they are now, but with decent musical hearing (which can be practiced and improved), you could get by). Do you want to make music in the vein of Freddie Mercury? In that case, you need all the musical training you can get, ESPECIALLY classical harmony.

The thing is, Mercuryking, there are quite a number of people on QZ who know a fair deal about music. Many of them have already responded to you. But you, arrogant as you are, refuse to even consider the constructive criticism they have to offer you. That alone means you are not a true musician (yet), because no true musician would EVER pass up on the chance of learning from those who are more proficient than they are.

If you really think Freddie was the greatest singer of all times, then I'm sorry, but you know sh*t about singing. I love Queen, and I love Freddie Mercury, but Freddie wasn't the greatest singer on earth by a long run.
