I'm not taking sides this is how I see things. if i'm wrong someone tell me where and i'll fixit.
From what I read (I don't now) this David Fuller bloke had a YouTube channel of stuff that belonged to Queen. So he was in the wrong because of that copyright. But there artists like prince, pink, madonna and dire straits have all had youtube cites closed for illegal copyright. If I got that bit right then why all the fuss because it happens all the time and not just to him. (David Fuller). But for sake of arguement lets call him "the sinner".
From what I read as well this inuliger bloke has a bit of aspergers and OCD. But he told Queen to take down Fullers channel. But that makes this inuluger bloke the messenger.
Indeed, you're absolutely right about the "messenger" bit, however it wasn't the fact he had copyrighted material on his YouTube page that bothered me at all. (I did detest the arrogantly narcissistic way he would introduce his videos in the past year or so however, but that's completely irrelevant in this context)
It was the fact he had openly posted a list of uncirculated rarities for sale on his Tumblr blog, which is highly illegal as he did not have legal authorization nor a license to sell the tracks in the first place, and it's well known QPL has a zero tolerance policy towards this sort of behaviour.
I had contacted representatives connected to QPL to alert them to this behaviour, and as it turned out they had been already watching him closely for some time as he had been a "thorn in [their] side," to quote them.
His actions royally infuriated them and QPL's lawyers were notified to take action. I believe his YouTube chanel was taken down as a precaution since that was his most popular outlet, as for the record I did not specifically request that channel to be taken down.
So my question is why shoot the messenger? He was not the sinner in the first place. Its like witnessing a crime like say a mugging and blaming the witness fro the mugging and not the original mugger. Now what I also don't get is that Even though this inuluger bloke has OCD and Asperger's why are people obviously winding him up and call him ratty. I get it but in doing that they have forgotten all about fuller in the first place. What I mean is that the original sinner gets off scott free and is seen as some cult hero, while the person who believes they did the right thing keeps getting wound up. I just don't get it. I mean isn't this just transference of guilt from the sinner onto the head of someone else? Is this not how all cults begin?

Unfortunately some people have chosen over the years to take on a very negative perception of me based on certain facets of my online persona that pop up from time to time, which I will say does NOT reflect my natural typical qualities in person or even over say Skype/Mumble.
I have a type of complicated mindset that unfortunately most people will never truly understand no matter how much I try to explain it in detail (in text form at least!), and I have tried to reach out a few times to certain people of unfortunately conflicting or contrasting mindsets and invite them to a voice-based conversation (eg. Skype) to hopefully establish some understanding to clarify the facts from the mistruths about my real character. Unfortunately they keep declining, so there is not much I can do, however the invites DO still stand.
I may be difficult, and I can be a very stubborn ass at times, but one thing I am NOT is a totally unreasonable person. I am more flexible than some people may think!
