New 'Archive live video release'

The above is quoted in the latest fan club mag as being in discussion.

The way it's worded could mean a single concert, or a compilation. God forbid we get another hatchet job like 'Rare Live'!

Additionally, it's confirmed that a Roger solo/The Cross collection is being worked on for release 'soon'.

Based on the QP times......Soon = November 2015 (?)

Sounds.... Interesting.

I hope this will be a better release than 'Rare Live'..

I know I'm in a minority, but RL is ok.

Nah, i see better fan videos in Youtube than Rare Live.

Awful editing? Check
Fake live songs? Check
Copy/Paste videos? Check
Wrong places/dates/audiences? Check.

And i could say much more.

Seriously, when DoRo made RL they must be drunk, or high, or both.

Cast your mind back to 1989 and it was quite thrilling.

Remember that the fan club magazing is oushed through for printing long before distribution. By the time the magazing gets through to its readers, the news is old and irrelevant. I struggle to believe that they STILL manage to get people to subscribe to it in this age of @instant' news through mediums like Queenzone.

What they're refering to is probably The Rainbow or Hammersmith - and they have both been shelved as discussed here at length.

Nah. It was quite a disappointment.

There are actually a couple of great articles in the new fan club mag: best mag for years!
Hope this trend continues.

In my opinion Rare live it's a a good release. But to be a great release its has to be no edits and no songs that we already have in the dvds or blu-rays.
