The problem with the stuff which could be classified as 'pre-tash' is that it's quite difficult for it to be commercially appealing. Although many of Queen's biggest hits game in the 70s and their reach as a band was arguably much greater during this period, their live presence/act is defined as Freddie's on stage persona as it developed into the 1980s. I think a reason why there has been a reluctance to released anything pre-this era has been for the reason that to non-Queen fans (and perhaps even to some Queen fans) the appeal of a live DVD without this familiar 'version' of Mercury, isn't as appealing.

I shall buy it in the QPL kiosk, but I shan't let you know its location because you're saying that nothing will happen.

The guys from the QPL kiosk are now going to take offence at you, and stop selling the concert. I hope you're proud of yourself.

the Rare Live video was a bit rubbish but it was nice to get My Melancholy Blues and Stone Cold Crazy as live B sides around the same time.
Do people really think: "The problem with the stuff which could be classified as 'pre-tash' is that it's quite difficult for it to be commercially appealing"? - it's really sad if that's true. I know I sound like a really nerdy fan when I say this but the early stuff is the most interesting!

Annoys me that the 'pre 'tache Freddie is seen as not marketable - Greatest Hits I is the best selling album in history in the UK and contains mostly material, and sleeve pictures inside, that are 'sans' 'tache!
