This is the best known transfer of the LP of the Hyde Park show. Four songs are missing, but it is better quality than the uncut copy of the tape.

The LP had a small bit of overlap between sides A and B (during Brian's speech before '39), so I cross-faded it to obscure the edit.

What a noise audience in You Take My Breath Away... Pro-records (mixes) always cheat a bit, don´t you?

Indeed. We don't know how far from the stage the taper was, but wherever it was I don't think too many people were listening !

As for the officially released version - there are separate mics on the audience, so indeed, all they have to do is lower the level and bingo, everybody was listening ;)

They're both the same source. This copy is shorter but better quality.

Which of the non-audience recordings is considered to be the best?

There's only one available - the crappy sounding video feed.

Higher quality bits have been officially released and seen in documentaries, totalling about ten minutes.
