I haven' t watched it, but I can imagine how it was.
I don't think any of my friends could have watched it and then said to me: "Yes(!), I understand what'd you been talking about all these years - I watched "Queen" last night and it was fantastic."

Good perspective. Hadnt seen it that way. Just as a spectator GRATEFUL that Brian and Roger still even play.
Of course it won't compare. But you're rightful. No barrage of awesome that came with Freddie

Yup, this is my view. There would be many people who've now heard Queen's music for the first time while Adam Lambert was singing it. Not a good thing at all.

Where did you heart that Adam grew a mustache in honor of Freddie? That's total BS. Adam has had that stache for a while now and its name is Melvin. Nothing to do with Freddie.

Nor bologna?
I'm more appalled that the Glamberts have given the stache a name than the fact that he has one. haha
LOL...ditto

It only sounds like bollocks because you don't know the facts
In 98 they talked in depth with Robbie Williams about uk and European dates, it actually got to the stage of talking to promoters. At one of his shows around that time Williams even told the audience he was joining Queen. That comment led to BM and RT taking a step back. The project was started again some months later but RW decided he wanted to concentrate on his career.

Oh God, he is 'singing' again WWRY, in 2003 was ok, but now is awful
